Magazine Drive

The annual Magazine Drive is going on now.  The money earned helps to fund field trips and enrichment programs here at FMS.  Orders can also be placed on line by going to gaschoolstore.com, the middle school group number is 2672715.

FMS - Ipad Info Night

The ipad night is tonight at 6:30pm.  We will be talking about parenting with the iPad in your house, the ipad protection plan, media safety, and setting up apple ids.  The student/parent contract for ipads is attached as well as the internet safety document that will be used tonight.  If you have any questions, please call Ray Grogan.

FMS OPEN HOUSE 9/4

Tonight FMS will have our open house from 6-7pm.  It is a true open house, where you will walk around to meet each of your child's teachers, so you can put a face to the name of their teachers.  

1st PTC Meeting

Our first PTC meeting will be Monday September 15 at 6:30pm.  There is information on the PTC webpage about the PTC and here is a link to Sign Up Genius the MS uses to help coordinate volunteer efferts.

 

September 2nd is the first day of school

September 2nd is the first student day of school.  Student drop off is from 7:30-7:40.  See you then!!!

FMS Student Schedules for 2014-15

All of the student schedules for 2014-15 have been mailed out.  If you have any questions or concerns please email groganr@rsu5.org or lathamp@rsu5.org or call the middle school.  Schedules for 7th and 8th grade students are also available on PowerSchool.

FMS Coaches Needed

We are still looking for 2 boys soccer coaches and 1 field hockey coach for the fall.  If you are interested please call Craig Sickels at 865-4706.

6th Grade Summer Math

Students entering grades one through six are invited to participate in the Summer Math Olympics, independent practice to stay sharp in math. Each grade level math menu includes activities, games, worksheets, websites, and books.  This form and many links will be available on each school website.
