As a building, Freeport Middle School is always looking to improve what we do in the classroom. We continuously revamp our lessons, units, instruction and curriculum. Over the past six years we have all been working hard to improve student learning with many hands-on projects, and interdisciplinary and expeditionary units to help raise the bar of expectations and engage students. When we look at the state and national test scores of middle school students, we feel the instructional changes at the middle school have been very successful for our kids.
